Dear Friends,

In our class discussing the founding fathers of Judaism this Thursday at 10am, we will read the background stories to the two most beloved friends in the Talmud, Rabbi Yochanan and Resh Lakish. Resh Lakish was a gladiator who turned into a sage through a memorable meeting with Rabbi Yochanan. Their friendship ran deep but ended in drama. Join us to read and discuss their stories, and explore the different worlds they came from.
